An amusing telephone came into the market - it is made in the form-factor of Mickey Mouse's head. It has a 1.3 inch TFT LCD screen, option of playing mp3 tracks and support of stereo Bluetooth. The phone's firmware supports 3GP and MP4 video files in full-screen mode. The 1.3 megapixel camera can capture video and recode it into MP4 on the fly.
The Mouse-Phone is available in Japan for a "modest" sum of $225.

In France in 2009 there will be television for cell phones, one of the channels will be designed by Luke Besson. In spring 2009 the French will be able to use cell phones as TV sets for additional 3-6 euros. The subscribers will be offered 13 programs that include traditional channels as well as Besson's brainchild.

To produce electric power it uses hard briquettes made from ground wood and scrap paper as well as plastic waste. Steam turbines of the factory are capable of producing 50 MW an hour - the best result for Japanese biomass power plants.
According to the concern's experts "using ecological biomass to produce electric power will make it possible to decrease consumption of crude oil by 100 thousand tones a year."
